I have been using a nutritional cleansing program now since May of 2015, and feel amazing! I was tired all of the time, had no energy, and sleep was even worse. I would lay down at night and think about everything or anything that would come to be, generally about what I have upcoming or the endless number of things I didn’t complete on my list.
In my first 30 days on a nutritional cleansing program, I lost 14.5 LBS and 35 inches, my stress was gone, and I was sleeping as soon as my head hit the pillow. I had so much energy, there was nothing that I couldn’t accomplish. ( still feel this way today)
After the first month, I added gym workouts to the mix. I found a free weight program on www.bodybuilding.com and chose a 120 day program for transformation. My husband and I are working out together 6 days a week, at the gym.
I have continued to use my nutrition program as well as their whey protein and products that will help me maintain lean muscle and lose weight. I have lost a total of 18 lbs at this time and am not done yet!

I am eating clean food and no sugar, lowered my coffee content and drink water all day long. I drink a shake for breakfast and a meal for lunch and dinner as well as a morning and afternoon snack, with a protein shake as well.
